SIMPLE BLUEBERRY JAM – NO PECTIN, JUST 5 INGREDIENTS!
As with all homemade jams, it’s best eaten in the first year, but jam will last years and be safe to eat as the sugar acts as a preservative. Just store in a cool, dark, dry place (I keep mine in my Cabinet). Once opened, keep in the fridge and eat within a few months. Using a clean spoon to serve it will preserve its shelf life.
